FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and oil producing industries and can be used for ventilation of the slope units at high-viscosity oil and native bitumen fields, underground mining of which is produced by the shaft method with thermal recovery methods. Ventilation system of the oil mine slope unit includes a main mine fan which is arranged to supply air to the oil mine, air-supplying and air-venting workings, a local ventilation fan located in the air-supplying working, an air vestibule consisting of jumpers with doors, and a ventilation hole installed in the air-venting working, a surface fan and a deflector located at a ventilation pipe installed at the mouth of the ventilation hole, a microcontroller unit associated with air flow sensors and temperature and pressure sensors or densitometers installed in the air-supplying and air-venting workings. System is provided with an air conditioning unit including an evaporator, a condenser connected by a pipeline in which a compressor and a choke are disposed, whereby the evaporator located in the air supplying working and the condenser is at the inlet to the ventilation hole and / or in the ventilation hole, the air conditioning unit is configured to control the amount of natural draft by changing the operating mode of the compressor and the choke. In the air-venting working, a guide is installed to direct the air flow into the ventilation hole. At the output of the hole is the evaporator of the heat pump, intended for the selection of the heat energy return from the air drilling gallery. Air flow sensor connected to the microcontroller unit is installed in the ventilation pipe. Microcontroller unit is configured to control the operating modes of the compressor and the choke of the air-conditioning unit, a local ventilation fan, a surface fan and a main mine fan, depending on the air capacity of air and the amount of amount of natural draft controlled by the air conditioning unit.
EFFECT: technical result is to improve the sanitary and hygienic working conditions of the miners by reducing the air temperature in the drilling gallery while increasing the degree of energy efficiency of ventilation and the utilization of heat energy return from the air ventilation hole.
