FIELD: vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics of gearboxes with hydraulic clutches on high-power tractors, such as K-744R. Diagnostics method involves in-place measurement of technical condition and power flow using software, microcontroller and sensors. Pressure sensor and a surface-mounted temperature sensor are installed, as well as measurement modules with an accelerometer on the front semi-frame of the tractor and a display module in the operator's cabin. When operating temperature is reached, gear shifting parameters are estimated and results are transmitted to display with recommendations for maintenance. If the parameters exceed the permissible limits, an alarm signal is sent to the telematic terminal. Diagnostic device includes a measurement module with a microcontroller and an accelerometer, a display module with a display and buttons, as well as an intelligent diagnostic module with a single-board computer. All elements are connected by shielded cables and can be connected to tractor electric network and telematics terminal.
EFFECT: improving reliability, simplicity and accuracy of diagnostics, justification of operating modes and servicing of gearboxes of high-power tractors, for example, tractors K-744R and similar ones due to determination of general technical condition of hydraulic drive during gear shifting during operation.
