FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method for assessing the quality of hydropodic couplings when changing the gears of hydroficated transmissions is carried out without interrupting the power flow in the gears during their switching. When it is implemented, a gear wheel is mounted on the output shaft of the gearbox, an inductive analog displacement sensor is installed, a gearbox drive is started, an initial gear is selected, and a gearshift is performed. When changing gears, the time dependence of the speed of the output shaft is obtained, the values of the relative decrease in the speed of the output shaft are calculated when the initial transmission is switched off and when the next gear is switched on, they are compared with the predetermined values of the relative speed changes. Based on the results of the comparison, the degree of continuity of the power flow during the gear shift is estimated.
EFFECT: increasing the simplicity and accuracy of diagnosis.
