FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for automatic continuous monitoring of presence and concentration of combustible and hazardous gases in common areas. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that the gas igniter includes a housing with a power supply installed in it, at least one gas sensor with an analogue-to-digital converter, a printed-circuit board with a microcontroller. Microcontroller inputs are connected to gas sensors, signalling device controls and DC converter, which in its turn is connected to linear voltage stabilizer and charge controller, wherein the linear voltage stabilizer is connected in series to the pulse voltage regulator, and the charge controller is connected in series to the protection microcircuit and the battery; indication unit is connected to microcontroller output; microcontroller is interconnected with non-volatile memory, RS-485 interface microcircuit, shift register, as well as with series-connected switch, digital transistor, GSM module and tri-band antenna. Carbon monoxide sensor and/or a methane sensor are used as a gas sensor with an analogue-to-digital converter.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of timely and instantaneous notification of the dispatcher service on excess gas concentration in the room.
