FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical devices that can be worn on the head of a user, and can be used for reversion, inversion, constant rotation or rotation of the field of view of a person around the optical axes of the eyes in order to train spatial abilities of a person, pre-flight training of astronauts and pilots, as well as for entertainment purposes. Electromechanical invertoscope provides the user’s field of vision rotation to any angle or constant rotation of the field of view using the synchronous torque transmission from the electromechanical drive with the step-down reduction gear to two prisms in the eyepieces installed in bearings, which are pressed into flange holders installed coaxially to holes on base platform.
EFFECT: providing constant coplanarity of optical axes of synchronously electromechanically rotating prisms to obtain a stereoscopic field of view when the field of view is rotated or during its constant rotation with possibility of smooth change of rotation speed.
