SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a segmented mattress base. Base of the segmented mattress consists of a layer of fabric, Velcro fasteners and a zipper sewn thereto. In the first embodiment, the base has an upper base layer with Velcro and a lower base layer with a zipper, sewn together. In the second embodiment, the base has an upper base layer with Velcro, a middle base layer with a zipper, a lower base layer with a zip and Velcro. Base layers are made of fabric or stretch fabric and sewn together. Base comprises a network of piezosensors arranged between the layers of the base, a network of load sensors, transmitting and receiving ultrasonic sensors, sensors for measuring temperature, electric wires, an electronic programmable unit and a power source. Box covers are tightly sewn with thread, glued and sewn to the base, which is attached to the mattress with a zipper and Velcro or only with Velcro. Boxes are attached to each other with Velcro, cords or stretchable cords. Bottom layer of base is made with possibility of fastening to mattress outlet by means of zipper.

EFFECT: improved reliability of fixation of boxes based on segmented mattress.
