SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy, urology, gynaecology and neurology, and can be used for treating chronic pelvic pain syndrome. With the patient in the prone position, the skin is aseptically processed above the posterior superior iliac axis. Mixture of lidocaine, dexamethasone and water for injections is added to the syringe. Spinal needle with a Quincke cut without a mandrin is attached to the syringe. Skin is punctured with a spinal needle and soft tissues are infiltrated perpendicular to a periosteum of a posterior superior iliac spine. Syringe is detached from the needle and a mandrin is inserted into it. Spinal needle is inserted through the cortical layer of the bone into the spongy tissue of the bone by means of an indentation-screwing method. Mandrin is removed from the needle and a syringe with the above mixture is attached to the needle and a positive aspiration test is performed. Syringe is detached from the needle, the syringe content is stirred until erythrocyte haemolysis is performed. Syringe with the prepared pharmaco-auto-myelohaemolytic solution is again attached to the needle, and the syringe content is introduced into the bone. Syringe is removed and an infusion system is attached to the needle for drip introduction of the preparations.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in chronic pelvic pain syndrome due to a combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
