SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, surgery, rheumatology, physiotherapy, medical and physical rehabilitation, and can be used to treat gonarthrosis. In the biologically active arthrogenic points 10RP, 9RP, 36E, 34E corresponding to the affected joint, an ozone-oxygen mixture of 5 ml is injected into each point in a total volume of 20 ml, while the puncture of biologically active arthrotic points is carried out at an angle of 90° to the skin surface, injection to the point 10RP is carried out to a depth of 1-1.5 cun of the patient. Injection at point 9RP - to a depth of 0.5 cun of the patient, and injections at points 36E and 34E - to a depth of 0.6-1.0 cun of the patient. On the inner edge of each of the iliocostal muscles of the chest at the level of L3, L4, L5 vertebrae, 3-5 ml of ozone-oxygen mixture is injected into the skin fold in a total volume of 20 ml. The course of treatment is 7 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides relief of pain syndrome, increase in range of motion, improvement of joint functions due to the introduction of an ozone-oxygen mixture into biologically active arthrospecific points.
