FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology and gynaecology, and can be used for treating neuropathy of the genital nerve with the use of autoplasma enriched with platelet growth factors. Patient is placed on his/her stomach, and the buttocks skin is aseptically processed. First syringe is filled with a mixture of anaesthetic and dexamethasone. Second syringe is filled with 6-8 ml of autoplasma enriched with thrombocyte growth factors. Spinal needle with a Quincke cut without a mandrel is attached to the first syringe; the skin is punctured with the spinal needle, followed by ultrasound-controlled infiltration of the soft tissues with an anaesthetic until the sacroiliac ligament passes at the level of the genital nerve. Syringe is detached from the spinal needle and connected to the second syringe. Aspiration test is performed. Autoplasma enriched with thrombocyte growth factors is introduced under ultrasound control into the interligamentous space; after administration of the preparations, the needle is removed, the injection site is treated with a disinfectant solution and an aseptic dressing is applied. That is followed by a three-fold aseptic treatment of the skin; the first syringe is filled with 6 ml of 0.5% anaesthetic and 8 mg of dexamethasone. After aseptic treatment of buttocks skin, a tissue with a disinfectant solution is placed on the injection site. Spinal needle with a Quincke cut with diameter of 0.9 mm and length of 88 mm is attached to the syringe. Procedure is carried out in course of 1 time every 10–14 days, up to 6 procedures.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of treating neuropathy of the genital nerve due to peculiarities of autoplasma introduction.
