FIELD: heat power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for producing synthesis gas from solid fuel with a wide grain size and high humidity. In-line gasifier for low-grade fuel comprises a housing, the upper part of which has a cylindrical shape, and the lower part of which has a conical shape, fuel supply unit located in the conical part of the gasifier housing, the ash and synthesis gas outlet unit located in the gasifier housing cover, the gasifying agent supply unit, fuel supply unit is located in the upper part of the conical part of the housing, the primary gasifying agent supply unit is located in the lower part of the conical section of the gasifier housing along its axis, secondary gasifying agent supply unit is located in the middle of the conical section of the gasifier housing, at that, the gasifying agent supply units in the lower and middle parts of the conical section of the gasifier housing are made with the possibility of changing the ratio of the flow rate of the primary and a secondary gasifying agent to control the intensity of circulation of particles in the conical section of the gasifier housing when characteristics of the processed material change. Due to the change in the ratio of the primary and secondary air flow rate, the particles circulation intensity in the conical section is controlled with the fuel moisture content change. When operating on fuel with high humidity, primary air flow rate increases to intensify particle circulation. When operating on fuel with low humidity, primary air flow rate is reduced to reduce the speed of the gas jet on the axis of the reactor, due to which the number of particles carried away from the circulating layer is reduced.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and efficiency of gasification process, as well as increased coefficient of fuel utilization due to possibility of operation with fuel of wide fractional composition and different moisture content.
