SUBSTANCE: cannon charging method, in which driven shaft 1 is rotated, which transmits torque to driven shaft 2 and gear wheel 6, which, due to the presence of rolling element 11 on wedging surface 12, rotates shaft 10, transmitting this rotation to the magazine, which, turning, moves shot 16 to the ramming line, wherein wheel 5 rotates idle. Then worm wheel 6 is braked by electromagnet 14, at that the free-wheel clutch is disengaged, the magazine rotation is stopped, worm 4 together with shaft 2 start to move to the left, and worm wheel 5 continues to rotate idle. End part of shaft 2 presses on shot 16, moving it along ramming axis from magazine to cannon. After ramming is completed, worm wheel 6 is released by removing voltage from winding of its electromagnet, and voltage is supplied to winding of electromagnet of worm wheel 5, thereby braking it. Since the winding of worm 5 is opposite to the direction of winding of worm 6, shaft 2 will start to move to the right, at the same time worm wheel 6 will rotate clockwise, the free-wheel clutch will remain disengaged, and the magazine will remain fixed. When shaft 2 reaches the initial position, the engine is switched off.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability, improved operational characteristics.
