SUBSTANCE: invention relates to connection of ribbon bridge links and ferries. Method includes bringing together cable 8, wound on drum 7, mating and mated units being moved from one level to another - a broken arm 3 and fix its end to axis 4 in support 5, and then continue to pull together links. At contact of one arm of stop 6 other arm continues to turn about axis 4, link is automatic levelling in height by lifting of one and immersion of other link. After final approach links their fixed by fixing cable drum 7 and 8, at ends of arms of lever 3 or 4 on axis can be a clamp for partial unloading cable 8.

EFFECT: technical result-reduction of time connection links, possibility of guidance of crossing across river at high its flow rate and improved operational characteristics of link.
