FIELD: rubber industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a rubber-cord composite intended for use in the rubber industry for making multilayer rubber-fabric articles, in particular rubber-cord articles operated in conditions of exposure to solar radiation, ozone and oils at high temperatures for a long period of time. Rubber-cord composite consists of: rubber-coated cord; from rubber mixture for cover layer and adhesive composition containing chloroprene rubber 70.0 wt parts, butadiene-nitrile rubber 30.0 wt parts, metal oxides 8.0–11.0 wt parts, technical carbon 50.0–70.0 wt parts, anti-aging agents 2.0–4.0 wt parts, Ru modifier 2.0–7.0 wt parts, softeners – 20–22 wt parts, and additionally includes a complex compound of ε-caprolactam with derivatives of n-phenylenediamine, zinc oxide and colophony, which is an additive of polyfunctional action, in the following amount (wt parts), in the composition of: rubber mixture 2.0–7.0; adhesive composition 5.0–15.0.
EFFECT: invention allows increasing resistance of rubber-cord composite to external factors of sea climate (solar radiation, ozone and high temperature) and providing strength of connection between rubber of cover layer and rubberized textile cord.
