FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of complex adhesion promoter for rubber and can be used in tyre and rubber industry. Promoter consists of ε-caprolactam, N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine and zinc oxide. Herewith it additionally contains maleic anhydride and calcium oxide, and ε-caprolactam and N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine are used in the form of eutectic melt obtained beforehand in the following proportions, wt%: eutectic melt of ε-caprolactam-N-isopropyl-N-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine - 44.00-50.00, zinc oxide - 29.00-32.00, maleic anhydride - 16.00-20.00, calcium oxide - 3.00-4.50.
EFFECT: technical result is higher strength of rubber bounding with textile cord and its stability under conditions of thermal-oxidative ageing, as well as improved physical and mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber.
