The stretcher contains a portable device, a trolley. The portable device is made of two longitudinal rods interconnected and fixed by means of four legs on the trolley. The trolley consists of front and rear parts. The front of the trolley consists of a lower front swivel cross beam with two axle shafts for the front wheels. The rear part of the trolley consists of a lower rear fixed cross beam with one common axle for the rear wheels. Along the edges of the common axle for the rear wheels, two rear pillars are vertically placed perpendicular to it by the end parts. One front and one rear bar is perpendicularly fixed to each front and rear rack, respectively. Each of the front and rear pairs of racks and rods forms two front and rear T-shaped frames made with the possibility of transformation according to the functional purpose.
