FIELD: handling operations.

SUBSTANCE: method of reloading an isomerisation catalyst in an inert medium involves unloading a low-temperature isomerisation catalyst from a reactor with its subsequent loading into the reactor. When unloading the catalyst, a sealed vibrating sieve is installed under the bottom of the reactor, with the possibility of supplying nitrogen to its inner cavity. Discharge nozzle in reactor bottom is connected to receiving hole on vibrating sieve cover by means of tight sleeve. Containers for the sieved product are placed below the outlet pipes of the vibrating sieve, two PET inserts are installed in them. Outlet pipes are connected to neck of inserts by tight sleeves. Vibrating screen is activated. Nitrogen is fed into the reactor, vibrating sieve and containers and the catalyst is discharged into the containers. After the containers are loaded, the neck of the inserts and the containers are sealed. When loading the catalyst, the containers are transported to the reactor. Then, container and neck of external insert are depressurized, necks of internal insert and inclined side branch pipe of reactor cover are aligned, nitrogen is supplied to reactor, neck of internal insert is depressurized and catalyst is loaded into reactor.

EFFECT: possibility of isomerisation catalyst reloading carried out in medium of inert gas.
