FIELD: devices for cleaning of railway and tram tracks.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for pneumatic cleaning of railway switches from snow, in particular to a system comprising a plurality of modular compressor stations (MCS) and an MCS control system. System for pneumatic cleaning of railway switches from snow comprises multiple modular compressor stations (MCS) connected to pneumatic lines to feed compressed air to said switches and communicated with centralized control system to communicate with MCS. One pneumatic line is connected to more than one MCS, wherein the MCS comprises: a container in which there are: an entrance door; compressor piping with two compressors; a central controller connected to the compressor piping with the possibility of switching on and off the compressors in response to receiving the corresponding control commands, wherein the central controller is connected to the MCS sensors and the compressor sensors with the possibility of obtaining the MCS operation indicators and the compressor operation indicators; a video camera connected to the central controller with the possibility of sending a video image to the central controller; electronic lock connected to the central controller and installed on the entrance door of the container with the possibility of opening or closing in response to receiving the corresponding control command. MCS control system includes a data reception and processing server, connected by communication channels to MCS central controllers with possibility of MCS operation indicators reception and storage, parameters of compressor operation and video image from central controllers of MCS and direction to central controllers of MCS of control commands of start and stop of compressors, opening and closing of electronic locks, opening and closing of dampers. Server is configured to determine the error weight of the MCS based on the type of indicator which is outside the preset range of standard values of the indicator, and the degree of departure of the specified indicator outside the specified range. Server is configured to determine the weight of the need to maintain each MCS based on the total weight of errors of this MCS and the total weight of errors of the MCSs connected to the same pneumatic line. Server is configured to transmit to the terminal equipment data on the weight of errors and data on the weight of the need for maintenance for each MCS.

EFFECT: increased autonomy of the system of pneumatic cleaning of switches from snow and increased efficiency of its maintenance.
