SUBSTANCE: method includes release of resources related to a call, if a network element (NE) detects that an identifier (ID) of a call is wrong and/or a call is wrong, and/or a message has been received with a request for operation and support; change of the status of call Call-ID with the value "busy" to the value "free" and sending a message to an equivalent NE with a request of the signalling connection control part (SCCP); and receiving from the equivalent NE of a message without establishment of a connection with SCCP confirmation, at the same time the equivalent NE is configured to release resources related to a call, at the side of the equivalent NE, and change of the call Call-ID status from the value "busy" to the value "free". When using the method and the device provided in the specified versions of the invention implementation, the Call-ID identifier is also released whenever call-related resources are released.

EFFECT: efficient use of a call identifier and higher share of successful transfers of call service and share of successful procedures of resources dedication for a call.
