SUBSTANCE: invention relates to, in particular, to a biologically active food additive. Biologically active food additive contains L-tryptophan, motherwort extract, Griffonia seed extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium salt of stearic acid. Components are used at the following ratio for dosing per 6,000 solid gelatine capsules of size "1", g: L-tryptophan—481.20, motherwort extract—481.20, microcrystalline cellulose—348.84, Griffonia seed extract—96.24, colloidal silicon dioxide—28.86, magnesium salt of stearic acid—28.86, pyridoxine hydrochloride—7.2.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a biologically active food additive having normothymic and sedative action, promoting elimination of asthenic conditions, accompanied by lethargy, lethargy, apathy, decreased efficiency.
