SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method for laboratory diagnosis of premature ovarian failure. Said method is based on determination of autoantibodies to steroidogenic enzymes of cytochrome P450 in blood serum and plasma by enzyme immunoassay.
EFFECT: invention provides a method for laboratory diagnosis of premature ovarian failure by determining autoantibodies to steroidogenic human cytochrome P450 enzymes, namely to CYP21A2, CYP11A1 and CYP19A1, in human blood serum by enzyme immunoassay.
