FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for conducting an indirect solid-phase enzyme immunoassay, wherein a progesterone and hemocyanin conjugate: hemocyanin-11α-hydroxyprogesteron, is immobilised on the surface of polystyrene as an antigen. The presented method is technically simple, informative; it has high sensitivity and specificity in blood serum and plasma anti-progesterone antibody tests in patients suffering habitual miscarriage and infertility; using it enables obtaining reliable results with prepared trays stored up to 1 year.
EFFECT: invention may be used to examine patients with various obstetric and gynaecological pathologies.
