UNIVERSAL LIFTING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC B66C1/32

Abstract RU 2829520 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to lifting and testing equipment intended for gripping, lifting and moving loads, and can be used for hanging test object (TO). Universal lifting device comprises body bushing, on the outer surface of which at least two radially located cantilevers are installed, equally spaced from each other, with load elements fitted thereon, and towing device for lifting device secured at the centre of body bushing. Each cantilever is made in the form of two identical parallel ribs in the form of a rectangular trapezoid, which are rigidly connected to each other in pairs by lower and upper plates located on the lower and upper bases of the ribs, respectively. On each lower plate there is a through longitudinal hole intended for installation and movement along it of a load element. Device further comprises a rotary support device (RSD) comprising a lower cylindrical part made integral with a rectangular guide profile located coaxially from above, a nut with a rectangular profile of a horizontal cross-section of the external surface, two straps with a rectangular internal vertical longitudinal channel, which are equidistant from the vertical transverse plane of symmetry of the RSD and fixed on the guide profile. Lower cylindrical part of the RSD is installed coaxially from above into the inner cavity of the body bushing and is fixed with possibility of free rotation around its longitudinal axis. Towing device comprises hinge with spherical head and axle with threaded part, on the spherical head, power bar is placed coaxially, to which a bracket is attached. Hinge axis is arranged with possibility of screwing into nut with rectangular profile of horizontal section of the external surface. On the upper section of the threaded part of the hinge there is a bar with a toothed surface fixed on the guide profile, made with possibility of movement along it and fixation in the specified position.

EFFECT: providing lifting, movement and retention of load at vibration loads of the test object, as well as providing adjustment of the suspension point of the device and its location on the vertical axis passing through the centre of mass of the test object.
