EFFECT: novel compounds which can be used to treat Noonan syndrome, LEOPARD syndrome, leukaemia, neuroblastoma, melanoma, oesophageal cancer, head and neck tumours, breast cancer, lung cancer and colon cancer and other diseases or conditions mediated by mutant KRAS G12C.
