SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of organic chemistry and pharmaceutics; it is aimed at compounds, which are CD73 inhibitors. A compound of the formula (IIb) or the formula (IIc), its stereoisomer, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt are disclosed, where X1 is CH in the formula (IIb); Y is O in the formula (IIb); where X1 is N in the formula (IIc); Y is CH2 in the formula (IIc); each R1 is independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, C1-4 alkyl, where C1-4 alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more halogens; R4 is hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl; R5 is hydrogen, halogen, or C1-4 alkyl; R6 and R7, each independently, are selected from hydrogen or hydroxy; R8 and R9, each independently, are selected from hydrogen or hydroxy; R10, R11, and R12 are hydrogen; q is independently selected from 0, 1, 2, or 3; and m is independently selected from 0, 1, or 2. In addition, a method for the production the above-mentioned compounds, a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of diseases, which are at least partially mediated by CD73, including a compound of the formula (IIb) or the formula (IIc), and the use of the specified compounds for the production of drugs for diseases, which are at least partially mediated by CD73, are disclosed.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides effective treatment of diseases, which are at least partially mediated by CD73.
