SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing spirulina (Limnospira sp.) biomass, comprising growing a culture of spirulina on a nutrient medium, separating the biomass of microalgae from the nutrient medium, then the separated microalgae biomass is placed in a fabric container with a mesh size of 23 mcm, washed with distilled water and subjected to dehydration in centrifuge at 1,000-1,350 rpm for 5 minutes.
EFFECT: invention ensures preservation of biological value of spirulina biomass to the moment of consumption.
