FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, namely to the production of a biologically active additive (BAA), having a complex preventive effect. Food BAA comprises a microalga, a functional component and water. As a microalga, it comprises Spirulina platensis and/or Chlorella vulgaris, and as a functional component – agar-agar at following components ratio, wt%: agar-agar – 0.2–2.0, microalgae Spirulina platensis and/or Chlorella vulgaris – 10–97.0, water – the balance. Moreover, the food BAA is irradiated with a stream of accelerated electrons obtained in a pulsed linear electron accelerator with an energy of accelerated electrons of 2.5–5.0 MeV and an absorbed radiation dose of no more than 20 kGy.

EFFECT: invention allows obtaining a finished product having increased organoleptic properties and more complete digestion of biologically active substances.
