FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: ultrasonic extractor consisting of a vertical cylindrical housing with a jacket for temperature control, with phase input and output devices, with an ultrasonic waveguide installed in the centre of the housing and connected to an ultrasonic transducer and representing a cascade of concentrators of the same length with a developed side surface. Along the ultrasonic waveguide, cylindrical perforated baskets for loading raw materials are coaxially located, wherein the diameter of the outer perforated cylinder of the basket is determined by D<1/k, where k is the absorption coefficient of the ultrasonic wave by the extraction medium, and the diameter of the inner perforated cylinder of the basket is d=(0.3…0.5)D, from above and from below cylindrical baskets are closed by perforated rings, and the height of the cylindrical part of the baskets is equal to the length of the concentrators with a developed side surface, wherein the number of baskets corresponds to the number of concentrators located on the ultrasonic waveguide.
EFFECT: high efficiency of the extraction process, uniform extraction of the target component from the extracted substance and high quality of the obtained extract.
