FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices for extraction of useful substances from vegetal raw materials. Laboratory extractor comprises housing with cover and movable bottom, drive shaft with mixing device arranged thereon and made in the form of disc with blind holes. Hollow capsules with perforated holes with side wall and bottom are installed in holes by means of threaded connection. Height of capsules excluding neck makes not more than half of height of maximum inner space of body, measured from its bottom to cover. In the housing the bottom is installed with the possibility of translational movement along the geometric axis of the housing and tightness is provided in places of their interfacing.
EFFECT: simplification of extraction process, absence of pumping / removal of extractant.
