FIELD: welding; sewing machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sewing equipment, namely to sewing machines for threadless connection of materials by ultrasonic welding. Ultrasonic sewing machine punch drive mechanism comprises a punch holder made with possibility of vertical movement along fixed guides, punch holder drive connected to the punch holder, an adjustable stop rigidly connected to the punch holder, closing spring installed between punch holder and machine housing, kinematic chain for moving the punch holder drive, consisting of a crank and two connecting rods connected to the main shaft, one of which is connected to a connecting link installed on the machine housing, and the other connecting rod is connected to the punch holder drive, wherein the kinematic chain for moving the punch holder drive is made in the form of a six-link lever mechanism with the punch holder drive dwell in the extreme lower position, and the connecting rod connecting the crank with the connecting link installed on the machine housing is made double-arm and by one arm is connected to the connecting link fixed on the machine housing, and by the other arm is connected to the connecting rod connected to the punch holder drive.
EFFECT: increasing productivity and reliability in ultrasonic welding of materials using the intermittent method while maintaining the quality of the weld by reducing the stroke of the punch holder drive and obtaining its dwell in the extreme lower position for an increased duration.
