SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a coating composition for an electrical steel sheet, to an electrical steel sheet with a surface coating for adhesion and to a laminated core. Coating composition for electrical steel sheet is a composition containing epoxy resin, high-temperature hardener and fine inorganic particles, in which content of high-temperature hardener per 100 wt.pts. of epoxy resin is 5–30 wt.pts., fine inorganic particles are selected from metal hydroxides, metal oxides which react with water at 25 °C, forming metal hydroxides, and silicate minerals having a hydroxyl group, wherein average volumetric diameter of fine inorganic particles makes 0.05–2.0 mcm, content of epoxy resin relative to total weight of coating composition for electrotechnical steel sheet is 45 wt.% or more, and content of fine inorganic particles per 100 weight parts. epoxy resin is 1–100 wt.pts.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a coating composition for an electrical steel sheet, which improves efficiency of the laminated core.
