SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to articles from electrical steel. Electrical steel sheet comprises a base steel sheet, a first insulation coating formed on a first surface of the base steel sheet and having adhesion capacity, and a second insulating coating formed on a second surface of the main steel sheet, which is a rear surface with respect to the first surface and having an adhesion capacity. First and second insulating coatings are made of epoxy resin and a hardener of epoxy resin or acrylic resin, the average hardness on the pencil scale of the first insulating coating is HB or higher and 3H or lower, and the average hardness on the pencil scale of the second insulation coating is higher than the average hardness on the pencil scale of the first insulation coating and is 4H or higher and 9H or lower. At the punching stage, the material is transported with the second insulating coating facing downwards, and at the stage of blending each sheet of electrical steel is charged so that the second insulating coating of the sheet of electrical steel being charged later is applied onto the first insulating coating of the previously coated sheet of electrical steel.
EFFECT: increased adhesion capacity, resistance to cutting and ability to prevent occurrence of scratches.
