FIELD: ventilation and air conditioning.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to air ducts intended for designing heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems. Air duct with integrated flange, in which each air duct wall includes a flange, which is a bent extension of the air duct wall and forms a groove. Angle is installed in grooves of adjacent walls formed by flanges, which includes two ribs. At that, end sections of flange are made with crimping of angle ribs so that flange is made with different geometry of cross section along length, namely, cross section of middle section is different from cross sections of end sections, and length of middle section is more than length of at least one end section.

EFFECT: such air duct with an integrated flange provides high rigidity of the structure, accuracy of dimensions of sections, as well as high density of connection of air duct parts, due to which, in particular, deformation of the structure during operation of the filter is prevented and probability of formation of air gaps is minimized.
