FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of corrosion protection of metal products, in particular – to devices for preventing sticking of metalware when applying a zinc flake composition. Line for preventing sticking of metalware when applying a zinc flake coating on them contains hardware for metalware stirring and hardware for heating metalware, wherein hardware for stirring metalware are made in the form of rotating containers into which metalware is loaded, and the metalware heating means are configured to blow the metalware with hot air through the container wall during their mixing in the container and to prevent their sticking to each other, wherein the containers and the metalware heating means are mounted alternating in one line in series one after the other, lateral sides of containers on the side of blowing by means of heating are made perforated with the possibility of providing unobstructed access of hot air injected by means of heating metalware inside the container, and the holders are made telescopic with the possibility of adjusting the height of the metalware and rotating containers heating means.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of creating a line for preventing sticking of metalware when applying a zinc flake coating on them, which increases efficiency of processing metalware and ergonomics, as well as eliminating rejects in processing metalware.
