FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: method means coating making on the items out of low and high alloyed steels, non-ferrous metals or their alloys by method of thermodiffusion means the following stages executed in series: loading of treated parts to the continuously rotating container with simultaneously saturated powder mixture based on zinc powder with admixture of zinc oxide in form of dust cloud generated along the entire volume of the container out of the said powder mixture, due to tribostatic effect uniform sedimentation of the saturating powder mixture on the entire surface of the item, wherein the above said loading sedimentation are performed for maximum 15 minutes at speed of container rotation 7-10 rpm, container with item heating within range of temperature from 250°C to 500°C at heating rate 5-10°C/min, and speed of rotation of the container 5-8 rpm at heating time maximum 50 minutes, holding for at least 5 minutes at said temperature modes and speed of rotation of the container 2-6 rpm, and forced cooling of the container with item upon increasing of the speed of rotation of the container to 7-10 rpm and temperature decreasing rate 5-10°C/min, and length of the cooling stage at least 60 minutes ensuring the coating with thickness of the anticorrosion layer from 1.5 to 16.0 mcm, with regulated duration of stages (d) and (e).

EFFECT: receiving of the treated items surface of the uniform along full surface coating with good operation properties, that are not violated even during storage and transportation of the items.
