FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to dressing of minerals by flotation, can be used in industry of processing of nonmetallic mineral raw materials during dressing of mica and feldspar containing pegmatites and granites. Method of dressing of mica and feldspar containing pegmatites and granites involves crushing, grinding, deslurring and dark-colour flotation of feldspar material. Mica is floated in an acidic medium created by feeding sulphuric acid at pH 2.4-2.7, and when adding a cationic reagent-collector of primary C12-C14-alkylamine acetate, modified with a potassium salt of 6-alkylsalicylic acid with a flow rate of 180 g/t, to obtain foam and chamber products. Foam product is directed to cleaner flotation in acid medium created by feeding sulphuric acid at pH 2.4-2.7 to obtain mica concentrate. Chamber product direction for feldspar flotation in acid medium created by feeding hydrofluoric acid at pH value of 2.5, and when adding a cationic collector of primary C12-C14-alkylamine acetate, modified with a potassium salt of 6-alkylsalicylic acid with consumption of 180 g/t, to obtain feldspar and quartz concentrates.

EFFECT: high output of feldspar concentrate with simultaneous reduction of Fe2O3 content to value of 0,13% with improvement of quality and grade of both feldspar and mica concentrates, increase of SiO2 content in quartz concentrate by 1,63-1,64 % with improvement of its quality and grade.
