FIELD: ore industry.

SUBSTANCE: enrichment of feldspathic ores containing nepheline syenites, used to obtain feldspathic concentrate with a Fe2O3 content of 0.15 to 0.50%. A method is proposed for the enrichment of feldspathic ores, in which feldspathic raw materials from nepheline syenites are crushed, the crushed product is wet crushed in ball mills, the crushed product is classified with the return of the over-size product to the ball mills, and the under-size product is desludged and subjected to processing to separate minerals, after which a two-stage process is carried out high-gradient wet magnetic separation. The crushed product is crushed to a class of -0.43 mm. They are desludged to class -0.04 mm and subjected to ultrasonic treatment at a frequency of 22±1.65 kHz for 2 minutes. Before high-gradient wet magnetic separation, they are desludged to class -0.071 mm. At the first stage of separation, a magnetic induction of 1.3 T is used, and at the second - 1.5 T.

EFFECT: increase in the yield of feldspathic concentrate.
