FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to study the structure of biological tissues. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that a hand-held device for studying the structure of biological tissues comprises a tubular body, on the outer surface of which, on the side of one end, a zone of the body grip with a hand is organized, and the end wall at the other end is made of a material which is transparent for the used radio frequencies during electromagnetic radiation. Components for generating electromagnetic radiation are arranged in the housing on the side of the other end of the housing. Power supply in the form of an accumulator battery is connected to the charging device connection terminal and through an on/off switch to the control and regulation unit, the outputs of which are connected to two inputs of the nonlinear oscillation generator. In parallel to the generator, an overvoltage protection element and a voltage divider on two series-installed resistors are electrically connected, with the connection point of which the third input of this generator is connected to each other and an asymmetric dipole antenna for transmitting signals to the side of the spectrogram plotting device is connected, having a length, which corresponds to fraction between 1/2 and 1/8 of the wavelength of the lowest frequency of the emitted electromagnetic waves. In lines of electric connection of control and regulation unit with nonlinear oscillation generator there installed are noise suppression resistors, and in one of these lines there installed is element of nonlinear oscillation generator protection against overload current.
EFFECT: providing the ability to simplify signal processing.
