SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to devices for payload holding and dropping in flight. Unmanned aerial vehicle docking device holding and dropping the load comprises a housing, a fastening assembly, as well as an actuator including a servo drive and a retainer. Housing is made with a channel for the rod and with cutouts for suspension of the load. At the same time there are attachment assemblies of the actuator, the servo drive of which consists of rods for suspension of the load and a toothed rack interacting with gears and a rod fixed on the shaft of the servo drive. Attachment assembly is a bracket with lugs for rod pins of said actuator, the operation of which is supported by a control unit connected through a wire connection to the unmanned aerial vehicle module.

EFFECT: high reliability of attachment of payload in flight.
