FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of an automatic charging and maintenance station for multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and a multi-rotor UAV operating together with it, and can be used to create a UAV service network, which will make it possible to perform various tasks using UAVs, the flight range of which is limited by the battery capacity. UAV automatic charging and servicing station comprises a body, at least one hatch made on a side wall of the body, a hatch cover with hinged hinges installed in the lower part, a landing platform and a UAV positioning device. On the inner wall of the hatch cover, a sheet is installed on supports, which contains at least two holes in the form of a closed contour figure, containing at least one inner angle, the vertex of which is directed towards the lower edge of the hatch cover.
EFFECT: acceleration of UAV positioning process at landing and closing of landing platform hatch by combination of these processes and design simplification due to the fact that process of positioning and closing of hatch is performed by one drive.
