SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in thermal power plants. A combined cycle unit of a power plant is proposed, containing a gas turbine plant consisting of a turbo compressor, a combustion chamber, a gas turbine and an electric generator, a waste heat boiler, a steam turbine unit consisting of a steam turbine with a condenser, an electric generator and a feed pump, a waste heat exchanger for heat of exhaust gases, equipped with a condensate collector with a hydraulic seal, a circulating water supply system, including a circulation pump, a pressure pipeline to the steam turbine condenser, a pipeline for supplying circulating water to the waste gas heat exchanger and a discharge pressure pipeline to a cooling tower, consisting of an exhaust tower and a catching basin, a tank for collecting desalinated water released in the heat exchanger utilizing of heat from the flue gases in the process of their cooling below the dew point, to which the pump is connected, the pipeline for supplying demineralized water to the active zone of the combustion chamber of the gas turbine plant. In order to preserve the purity of demineralized water, the waste gas heat exchanger, a condensate collector with a hydraulic seal, a reservoir tank for collecting demineralized water and a pipeline for supplying demineralized water to the combustion chamber of a gas turbine plant are made of stainless steel, while the combined cycle unit of the power plant is additionally equipped with a stainless steel recuperative heat exchanger installed in the gas duct after the waste heat boiler before the waste heat exchanger, and a regulating body installed in the bypass gas duct of the recuperative heat exchanger, in which the flow of exhaust gases heats demineralized water sent to the combustion chamber of the gas turbine unit up to a temperature of 90-100°C, as exhaust gases are cooled from 100-110°C to 50-55°C exceeding dew point 38-45°C by 10-12°C, said desalinated water is released in the waste heat exchanger from the flue gases at a temperature of 32-35°C. Changing the flow rate of flue gases sent to the recuperative heat exchanger is carried out by the regulating body installed in the bypass gas duct of the recuperative heat exchanger.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of the combined cycle unit of a power plant.
