FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over crane installations with suspended cargo arrangement, in particular, overhead cranes. In adaptive control of the crane with an identifier and an implicit reference model using “simplified” adaptability conditions, the reference model is provided with an intrinsic frequency and a relative attenuation coefficient. Preset speed of trolley and crane beam is used as control action, which is worked out by servo drives. Intrinsic frequency of the reference model or the control time constant in the law of formation of the given speed is selected based on the crane data: maximum length of the suspension and maximum speed of the servo drive, as well as taking into account the distance of load transfer, which does not require determination of the current length of the suspension. Information sensors used are a combined sensor in the form of an accelerometer and an angular velocity sensor with several sensitivity axes each, which are placed on the suspension cable near the crane trolley, as well as encoders which determine the position of the trolley and the crane beam.
EFFECT: simplified design of control system and reduced operating costs based on modernization.
