FIELD: packing and storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a container and to a container for consumer goods. Method includes formation of first multilayer material (100), wherein first multilayer material comprises first cellulose-based layer 30 and first polymer layer 31. Further, first laminate (100) is folded to form package (10) comprising a lid part and a box part, wherein box-like and lid-like parts are separated by opening line, the lid-shaped part is hingedly attached to the box-shaped part, wherein the package defines a body for consumer goods. First multilayer layer is folded so that the first polymer layer is provided on the outer side of the first cellulose-based layer. Formation of outer wrapper (101), wherein outer wrapper comprises second cellulose-based layer (40) and second polymer layer (41); wherein one of first polymer layer (31) and second polymer layer (41) is a moisture-proof layer, and the other of first polymer layer (31) and second polymer layer (41) is a heat-sealable layer. Wrapping the package with outer wrapper (101), wherein the outer wrapper at least partially covers the opening line, wherein wrapping is performed so that second polymer layer (41) is provided on inner side of second cellulose-based layer (40). Then the package and outer wrapper (101) are heated to seal the outer wrapper on package (10) to form a container.

EFFECT: protection of the product from ingress of moisture or its loss; besides, the package for products generating aerosol is tamper-proof.
