FIELD: safety systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial safety, namely to provision of safe working conditions in power engineering, public utilities and construction during works at height, in particular during hot works at height. Damping element of this safety system is made from special heat and aggressive resistant rubber “СБ-26”, having good elastic and strength properties. Special rubber “СБ-26” is attached to the halyard of the safety system by means of accessories made as crimping aluminium bushings. This system has a number of advantages, namely good shock absorption in case of possible fall due to shock-absorbing element, possibility of operation with this safety system during hot works, due to replacement of chain metal sling with halyard made of refractory materials, which do not exclude properties of textile material. Section of the safety halyard, where the shock-absorbing element is attached, is covered with a fire-retardant corrugation, which prevents damage of the shock-absorbing element during hot works. Fireproof corrugation is attached to the crimping bushings by means of metal clamps for reliable protection of the shock-absorbing element. In case of possible fall of a person and stretching of the shock-absorbing element, the fire-retardant corrugation is also stretched.

EFFECT: providing high protective properties during fall from height and during hot works performance.
