SUBSTANCE: bobrovskikh self-rescuer for emergency self-evacuation of a person from high-rise above-ground and above-water objects, through the window, from the balcony (recessed balcony) of dwelling houses, industrial and office buildings relates to personal devices of self-evacuation with a controlled mode of the descent speed and automatic blocking of the descent in case the person loses consciousness at the height. The bobrovskikh self-rescuer contains a release self-blocking device. The self-blocking device includes a guiding run-pressure stainless roller, unsprung flat-topped cramp with the holder in the middle as well as guiding stainless sliding cartridges firmly secured between two parallel powered sidepieces installed with a capability of moving in a certain direction.
