FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to machine building, and can be used in rotor mechanisms on electromagnetic supports. Electromagnetic rotor suspension control system, each control channel of which comprises a rotor position sensor, first and second regulators, a first power converter, first and second electromagnets, wherein the rotor position sensor output is connected to the first and second regulators first inputs, the first power converter output is connected to the first electromagnet winding, each channel additionally includes a second power converter and an offset setting unit; wherein output of first controller is connected to input of first power converter, output of the second regulator is connected to the input of the second power converter, the output of which is connected to the winding of the second electromagnet, the output of the displacement setting unit is connected to the second inputs of the first and second regulators.
EFFECT: providing high speed of operation and dynamic rigidity of the electromagnetic suspension of the rotor, reduction of currents in electromagnets, which compensate for the weight force, and reduction of power consumption.
