SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to process and store data in DLP (Data Loss Prevention) systems to enable retrospective analysis and enrichment of information on detected incidents. Method comprises steps of, using a user interface in the data reading part, a request for data sampling is generated, which is transmitted to a request transfer service, request transfer service processes the request and breaks down into necessary components, including attributes, originals of files, text data; selection of attributes occurs from a specific database of a specific DBMS, text selection is from a specific index from a specific indexing server, the original file is sampled from specific volumes; response is collected by the request transfer service into a single result, where there is an original file, its text content from the index and its attributes from the database, and is displayed in the user interface.
EFFECT: faster search.
