FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: sealing structure of horizontal rotary pyrolysis furnace, made with possibility of location between furnace end gate and furnace end part, comprises a support frame rigidly connected to the outer contour of the end part of the furnace, wherein the support frame is equipped with a rotary sealing mechanism for contacting the support frame by means of a rotational movement. Rotary sealing mechanism comprises: a plurality of uniformly distributed shift forks, a support seat rotatably connected to the support frame; a first limiting mating part, one end of which is fixedly connected to the outer contour of the end gate of the furnace, and a movable heat-insulating sealing ring, and a mechanism with a flexible seal between the support seat and the first limiting mating part. Each shift fork is located on the outer side of the mechanism with a flexible seal, wherein one end of each shift fork is rigidly connected to the first limiting mating part on the outer contour of the end gate of the furnace, and the other end of each shift fork is movably connected to the support seat, and on the inner side of the mechanism with a flexible seal there is a movable heat-insulating sealing ring. At that, the movable heat-insulating sealing ring is rigidly connected to the support seat and is movably connected to the first limiting mating part in such a way that a heat-insulating cavity is formed between the movable heat-insulating sealing ring and the mechanism with a flexible seal, wherein the support seat comprises a second limiting mating part configured to be connected to the switching forks, a flexible seal mechanism and a movable heat-insulating O-ring, respectively; note here that second confining mating part has annular shape and is provided with gas feed pipeline.

EFFECT: prolonged service life of mechanism with flexible seal.
