SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reception of radio signals with binary phase shift keying (BPSK) or quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) and can be used in satellite, radio relay digital communication systems. Carrier recovery device further comprises four threshold units (5, 6, 15, 16), two differentiating circuits (7, 8), two switches (10, 11), two direct current sources (9, 12) and two oscillating circuits (13, 14).

EFFECT: reducing power losses by reducing the magnitude of the phase error of tracking the phase of the carrier frequency signal.
