SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for synchronizing a receiver with a transmitter and can be used in receiving devices. Clock synchronization device comprises demodulator (1), recording unit (7), differentiating circuit (2), direct current source (4), switch (3), threshold unit (5), strobe-pulse generator (6) and N identical units for selecting clock frequency oscillations. Each of the N clock frequency oscillations selection units comprises information transmission rate measuring unit (8.1), logic element 2AND (9.1), oscillating circuit (11.1) and two analogue switches (10.1) and (12.1).

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities due to automatic determination and maintenance of various data transmission speeds in accordance with Ethernet IEEE 802.3 10BASE-T standard.
