FIELD: foundry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to foundry, to measuring devices, namely to templates for checking contours, and is intended for controlling technological accuracy of automatic moulding lines. Set of tooling for control of technological accuracy of automatic moulding lines consists of sub-model bottom plate with fixed bottom models and sub-model top plate with top models fixed on it, which form working surfaces of half-moulds of bottom and top in flasks of bottom and top respectively. Four corner and one central models are fixed on each sub-model plate by means of screws and pins. For fixation of models in sub-model plates special sockets are provided. All models are made in the form of casting blocks with collars along the perimeter. Central models are more massive, are made in the form of stepped casting blocks of cross-shape and are located in the centre of sub-model plates. Bottom models are made in such a way that their side surfaces along the perimeter go beyond the collars.
EFFECT: timely detection of discrepancies in process accuracy of automatic moulding lines, which affects quality of casts.
